Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to
transfer your space, you must contact
info@earthkeepersfoundation.com for approval.
In the event of medical emergency please contact
info@earthkeepersfoundation.com for our refund
policy.
Clients who forget their individual session
appointments or cancel on short notice will be
required to pay for the missed visit. We require at
least seven days cancellation notice. Please
understand that we allow from 30 to 90 minutes
for each visit, and a missed appointment could
have gone to a client on the waiting list
